Personal Assistant
Seeking immediate hire of personal assistant to a business owner/executive who has multiple ventures in varying ranges of development including startups. In-person/in-office hours will typically be 10am-6pm Tues-Saturday.

This position would be managing personal and professional schedules, general organization, assisting with creating
and executing events, reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, info-graphics (experience with design programs a plus.) Managing databases (CRMs), and light data entry. This position would also be liaising with the staff, suppliers and clients of the executive’s multiple business units. Assisting with social media schedules, blogs, and content creation. Miscellaneous tasks to support the executive- including conducting research, social media, and assisting with animal welfare projects.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires a high degree of self-starting and self-discipline to be productive and effective. In-person/in-office hours will typically be 10am-6pm Tues-Saturday. Approximately 30-35 hours/week to start while training (additional hours to be available in the future if all goes well) This position will start as a 1099 position, and alternating between Lincoln Park, River West / West Town locations. Having a car would be helpful.
